LIVERPOOL Council will consider taking legal action over the approval of a crematorium on Greendale Rd. At Monday night’s council meeting, councillors voted to seek legal advice about overturning the recent Joint Regional Planning Panel (JRPP) decision in the Land and Environment Court. Das Rathaus von Faro wird demnächst eine öffentliche Ausschreibung für den Bau und die Konzession eines Krematoriums durchführen, welches das erste in der Algarve sein wird. Doch zuerst muss das Vorhaben im Juni die Zustimmung des Stadtrats erhalten. Das Krematorium soll auf dem neuen Friedhof gebaut werden und nicht nur eine Marktlücke füllen, sondern auch eine Lösung für den Platzmangel vieler Friedhö­fe der Region darstellen.
